area, the 8 Towns Roadshow caravan gave sterling service to the station and the people of Tameside & Glossop for many years, entertaining the crowds at Ashton Rotary Community Market & Fair, Glossop Round Table Bonfire in Manor Park; charity sports days at Droylsden's Medlock Leisure Centre; carnivals, galas, summer fairs, fashion shows and more besides...

The Roadshow raised awareness of the station throughout the local community, generating much-needed funds towards the upkeep of our regular broadcasts for the patients of Tameside General Hospital. Captured on camera in our slide show:
